Elevated Fish Fillets
Crunchy fish fillets are one of our favorite foods. I love experimenting with taking a basic food and elevating it into something gourmet. So behold, crunch fish fillets over cauliflower risotto and micro arugula with triple creme blue cheese.
1 box Gorton’s Crunchy Fish Fillets
1 box cauliflowe rice stir fry
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 cups micro arugula
2 oz triple creme bleu cheese
First, air fry your fish fillets, I found these at Walmart. 9 minutes should be the perfect amount of time, until golden brown.
While the fillets are cooking start you cauliflower stir fry in a pan. After 7 minutes add you 1/2 cup of cheese and stir until melted. Once melted you can divide and plate. Next top your cauliflower risotto with a handful of micro greens and top with your crunchy fillet.
while the fillet is still hot add a slice of triple creme bleu cheese so it can melt to the hot fillet and enjoy!
I used my leftover crunchy fillets for the kids dinner, and they loved them!
