Holiday Charcuterie with Blue Diamond

With all the planning and preparing that come with the holidays I am always enamored with the amount of people we have to feed. To make sure I am prepared, I always have everything to make a delicious charcuterie board on hand.

The key to a really awesome charcuterie is variety and quality. To me nuts are the heart, I love using Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce flavored almonds, and Smokehouse flavored almonds. This gives people a spicy and a not spicy savory option on the board.

If you’d like to elevate your charcuterie board, add honey, jams and berries. These are great for mixing with the cheese on crackers. My go to crackers are the Blue Diamond Cheddar Nut-Thins because they are super yummy and gluten free so all your guests can enjoy.
